Charles is the Managing Partner of Windsor Group, responsible for Global Business Development and Supplier Management. Founder of Windsor Group Computer Services 1983, he is a pioneer in the "paid for performance" IT sourcing engagement model. His specialties include Data Centers, Infrastructure Operations, Financial & Service IT Assessments & benchmarking for global enterprise corporations seeking cost reduction opportunities and new sourcing solutions.
Dave Munn

Chief Operating Officer
Dave is a Senior IT Executive and Windsor Group Chief Operating Officer responsible for IT service assessments and solution development. He works with senior-level IT executives providing consulting and advisory services to help them drive down costs and improve services within their IT support and operations departments. His specialities include evaluating financial and technical data, creating IT service profiles and expense dashboards to correlate internal services to external service providers.

Ken is Windsor Group Managing Director responsible for infrastructure assessments, solution development, and business case development. Ken has over 35 years of consulting and executive experience leading IT infrastructure service delivery in Fortune 500 companies. His specialties include service and financial turnarounds, where he has increased service quality and customer satisfaction, reduced costs and turned IT groups profitable, and addressed staff productivity and morale.

Joshua is Head of Business Development at Windsor Group and has worked with numerous organizations in the Financial, Insurance, Energy, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries. With over a decade of experience serving Fortune 2000 corporations, Joshua Bystock brings a unique blend of leadership, analysis, and problem solving. His specialities include cultivating strong enterprise partnerships and addressing operational needs to scale digital initiatives.
Jim Mullins

Jim Mullins

Senior Advisor
Jim specializes in large scale system modernization/transformation through consolidation, virtualization, and cloud computing. Jim started his career with IBM as a systems engineer, and professional services specialist delivering complex solutions to clients across all verticals, including healthcare. Most recently, Jim was an IT delivery executive at Wells Fargo managing new system implementations, migrations, mergers, data lakes, and data center builds/moves. Jim has BS in Biology with Math minor and MS degree in Systems Engineering.
Daniel Lawson

Daniel has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. He has worked with providers in the UK and Australia and Payers in the US, taking on CTO positions within these organizations. As CTO, Daniel partners with the Business to ensure IT supports the delivery of their outcomes and is the enabler for successful care and services. Daniel has led many application and infrastructure strategies to drive optimum performance for the users of the service and increase customer satisfaction.
Peter Burghardt

Peter is a senior executive with over twenty years of technology management experience. He has held positions in the financial industry and the federal government. Peter has extensive experience in all aspects of large IT services operations including: process design, engineering and implementation, operations, vendor management, financial management, and facilities planning. He has been involved in over a dozen workload migrations and facilities consolidations at both the technical and management level. Over the past several years, Peter has managed significant IT consulting projects at a number of Fortune 500 companies with a focus on improving IT value to the business through: effective strategy, better alignment with the business, more efficient infrastructure, and improved people performance.
